Here is a recent project for the Joliet Slammers – an Illinois based franchise. The rectangular rug is for the entrance – and features a nonslip rubberized backing and a color-matched edge binding.

The round rug was ‘inset’ directly into their existing office carpet. Fun project!

Here’s a good sized Logo Carpet – 9 x 12 – that we created for Commonwealth Brands.

We produced this using a typical commercial grade carpet. This nylon, 30 oz cut-pile carpet is perfect for Corporate Lobbies and entrance areas . We also use this material for trade shows.

You will not be disappointed in the quality of these rugs. They are ALL produced in the US, in my local facility. They are handmade, and they are built to last! Just for the record – I started the business over 20 years ago, and my first client is still holding onto her original custom rug, despite my attempts to make her a new one… It’s true!

We had fun producing this Logo Carpet for the Shea Family – Three generations of Olympians!  How cool is that?  The rug size is 5 x 7… with lots of detail, which translates into more work, and yes, more money. But sometimes it’s worth it!

It was great dealing with Mrs. Shea during this rug-making process. She’s a real sweetheart. Thanks Mrs. Shea!

Here is a recent project for  a facility at the Dover Air Force base. Size 5′ diameter. Logos are a big part of the identities of the different squadrons within the US military. They put their logos everywhere! Frankly, I had no idea there was such a wide spectrum of logo use within the military.

Looks like we’ll be producing a couple more for same client. Here’s what TSgt Bennett had to say:

St Johns Lodge commissioned this fine logo rug recently. We created a few layout versions of the rug design, and this was their final choice. Size: 5 x 7 with a complimentary gold border around the perimeter.

We produced this rug for a firm in the Middle East, in country of Bahrain. It’s obviously a US firm with operations overseas. We can and do ship to most countries. The rug looks nice… we used a good quality commercial grade carpet 30-36oz weight. It’s a cut-pile nylon grade. These short nap cut-piles are perfect for offices, lobbies, and tradeshow applications. The folks at Franklin Mint asked us to produce a very long runner for their showroom. This logo was placed in the center of the runner. It’s a nice design. and here’s what Christine had to say about the project:

The Raleigh, NC. fire department contacted us to produce this unique shaped custom logo rug.  Size is 5 x 7. Some folks wonder why these rugs are more costly than those cheapo printed rugs… Here’s why: In this project, each color is ‘inlaid’ into the main field piece (black). Then we added the gold border last. If you look closely, you’ll  notice a red outline around that center medallion. From a production perspective, we will use a full piece of red carpet (big enough for medallion shape),  then we inlay the gold shapes. Finally we inlay all those details, like the ladder and fire hydrant. It’s like a puzzle… and it can be labor intensive.

The quality is as good as it gets… and our clients want the best, and we provide the best logo rugs. That’s all we do.

Here is a recent locker room project for University of Arkansas. Go Razorbacks! This is a big rug @ 20 x 20. Sometimes we ship these large rugs in two pieces and the rug can be seamed onsite by a pro installer, but in this case we produced it in one piece and shipped the 20′ roll of carpet as you see it. The rug has an 8″ border around perimeter – light grey color. Came out nice ; )

With regards to Kens comment – We always ask for a minimum 50% deposit to initiate the order, can pay by CC or Check. Once the project is completed we ask for final 50%  payment. This payment method protects all parties involved
